I graduated in law from Cambridge University in 2000. Since then I have been an actor, and in 2017, following a bout of painfully serious training and eating for a part, became a personal trainer as well. Never one to miss an opportunity to be a massive show-off, I got full marks in my anatomy and physiology exams. I bring that attention to detail to my style of training and believe strongly that the founding principle of personal training should be “do no harm”. I am hugely passionate about (and double-qualified in) pre/post natal training. Many clients come to me with a preexisting injury or straight after a baby. Whether I'm helping you back to sport from an inability to walk without pain, or getting you into your best shape for your next triathlon (read: holiday) I would love to help take you on that journey.
